Geocaching in Sequoia National Forest

Okay, so my idea for the evening out was a geocaching adventure in Sequoia Nat'l Forest (geocaching is a world-wide activity where you use GPS devices to find hidden treasures, or "caches" at different locations: http://www.geocaching.com/) I need to make the colors more evening-y, but here are three different spreads.

  1. Nice layout and color sketches. I think its a peculiar choice for a nighttime activity (as I'm not sure what the rules are for knocking around in a national park at all hours of the night) but I think it's pretty interesting. Nice clothing choices. I like the layouts in the third row the best, although I think the second page is a little "golly gee, look at this swell thingamajig" where it should feature the clothes a little bit more and try to somehow look fun, outdoorsy, and glamorous at the same time. Come to think of it, I think you could really add some compositional pizazz to the first page too. Make it more dynamic if you can. More about searching and the outfits then it currently is.

  2. I agree with what Dan says but the colors look exciting and this seems like it will be a lot of fun! Geocaching, eh? That sounds really cool. I'd never heard of it. I can see that making a really interesting article.
